Le Clézio Gallery, a new address to FOLLOW

 

Past, present, future… What if you took the time to live, to feel the moment, like the artists gathered in this new gallery that has just opened at 157, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré?

 

Inaugurated on November 14, Le Clézio Gallery, co-directed by Antoine and Yan Le Clézio – the former from Brittany, the latter from China – opens an international window on the Parisian art scene by showcasing contemporary talents, both emerging and established, who are still relatively unknown in France. Titled after the reflections of philosopher Martin Heidegger, the inaugural exhibition, Être-là (Being-There), brings together works by Finnish artists Hanna Råst (born in 1986), Elsa Salonen (born in 1984), and Kari Vehosalo (born in 1982), as well as Estonian artist Jaan Toomik (born in 1961). It is a reflection on memory and identity that intersects installations, paintings, videos…
